　　We often see aluminum alloy signs on many furniture and bags in our daily lives. It is a common alloy product used for furniture, bags, and indicating roads. Aluminum alloy signs are widely used due to their excellent performance, light weight, and abundant resources. What is the production process of aluminum alloy signs?

　　1. Machine forming.

　　Aluminum alloy needs to undergo stamping, cutting, concave convex, and die-casting processes before being processed and painted to ensure uniform installation dimensions and mass production. The processing of instrument painting panels requires strict size requirements and requires experienced pliers and milling workers. If conditions permit, CNC drilling machines can be used.

　　2. Remove oil.

　　In order to make the aluminum plate surface have a certain affinity for printing coatings, the oil stains on the plate should be removed. Generally, the encapsulated oil stains can be wiped off with fine soft sawdust first, and then removed with inorganic solvents;

　　Oil stains in machining can be chemically removed using inorganic solvents or alkaline solutions.

　　3. Polishing.

　　If there are scratches on the surface of the aluminum alloy sign making plate, a layer of putty should be scraped first to make it smooth. According to the customer's requirements, it should be screened whether it is mechanical polishing, chemical polishing, or electrochemical polishing. 　　4. Spray painting.

　　Due to poor adhesion between aluminum and topcoat, printing ink, a layer of approximately 0.01mm thick epoxy zinc yellow primer needs to be sprayed before acrylic topcoat. According to customer requirements, amino paint or acrylic color paint that matches the color should be sprayed.

　　5. Screen printing.

　　The overall requirements for aluminum alloy sign panels are: accurate and clear positioning of graphics and text, equal edges of word lines, firm ink marks, and can be brushed with a brush when the requirements are not high. H-type water-soluble acrylic paint or amino paint can be used as the paint material.
