The difference between metal corrosion processing and laser processing

　　Metal corrosion processing refers to the use of chemical reactions or physical impacts to create a concave or convex or hollow effect on metal materials. Corrosion processing involves removing the photosensitive ink in the area that needs to be corroded after exposure to plate making and development, and connecting it with a chemical solution in the corrosion equipment to achieve the effect of metal corrosion, forming hollow or concave and convex patterns.

　　Laser processing is the use of laser to instantly melt metal and vaporize the physical denaturation, achieving the purpose of metal processing. By using laser to engrave characters on metal, the surface of the metal is smooth, and the handwriting is clear without wear and tear.

　　Both of these processing modes can achieve the effect of hollowing out, engraving, and forming concave and convex patterns on metal, but due to different processing methods, there are specific differences in the following points.

　　1. Corrosion processing does not alter the properties of the material during metal processing, while laser cutting generates significant heat that affects some of the material's properties in the processing area. For example, laser cutting can cause blackening and hardening of the processing area, while corrosion does not have these problems;

　　2. The cycle of metal corrosion processing is shorter than that of laser cutting, and the processed graphics can also be changed by changing the drawings midway. Laser processing requires modifying the design drawings, changing the design patterns, considering processing feasibility, etc., which is more cumbersome than corrosion processing;

　　3. Corrosion processing can simultaneously process different metal parts, such as metal nets with more mesh holes. Corrosion processing can process multiple machined parts with different mesh holes, while laser processing cannot simultaneously process metal nets with different apertures;

　　4. For some components with thin materials and material characteristics, laser cutting can affect the material characteristics, while corrosion processing technology does not have this effect;
