　　1、 Production process and process of ultra-thin metal labels

　　1. Printing: The electroforming master plate is made of stainless steel plates that are easy to peel off after plating. After being degreased and washed, it is printed with photo imaging and electroplating resistant photosensitive adhesive. After printing and developing, post exposure treatment is carried out to increase the plating resistance of the photosensitive adhesive.

　　2. Electroforming: Clamp the processed stainless steel plate with images using a dedicated fixture and place it into a rapid electroforming nickel bath for electroforming. The time and current of electroforming depend on the area and thickness of the object being cast.

　　3. Peeling: Wash and dry the cast stainless steel plate, and then use a transfer film to completely peel off the electroplated text and pattern.

　　4. Gluing:

　　There are two methods:

　　One is to use the screen printing method to print the self-adhesive onto the back of the electroformed text and pattern, and wait for it to dry before use;

　　The second is to first print the adhesive onto the transfer paper, dry it, and then paste the electroformed text and patterns on the transfer film onto the adhesive film. After pressing tightly, transfer the adhesive film to the back of the electroformed text and patterns.
