　　(1) Cut the board.

　　Cut out the required size specifications of the board according to the needs, and then use the cutting equipment to cut it into the desired shape and size; The entire piece of steel can also be processed by punching with a punching machine. Due to the fact that the cut sheet is processed through punching and bending processes, its surface smoothness is poor and its accuracy is low

　　(2) Material cutting.

　　Cut the cut steel plate into the required size and shape according to the requirements of the drawing, then use it for backup, and then bend it according to the shape required by the drawing; You can also use a CNC plasma cutting machine to cut and process steel plates, and then use a laser welding machine for spot welding or arc welding to produce various metal sign products with different patterns.

　　(3) Stainless steel label bending.

　　Use specialized bending machine equipment and specialized hydraulic devices to bend the sheet metal into the required size and shape for backup; CNC plasma cutting machines can also be used to cut steel plates and laser welding machines can be used to process steel plates into different patterned products.
